Sunday River Chalet is available as a 5 bedroom or 2 bedroom.

Entire House- sleeps 17 in 5 bedrooms (plus 2 queen sleepers and one twin) with 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, fireplace and 2 mudrooms.

Rates for the entire house

• The entire house is available for Christmas and February school vacation week for $700 a night with a 4 night minimum.
• Week nights (Sunday-Thursday) $500 a night with a 2 night minimum.
• May 1st-November 1st for $350 a night with a 3 night minimum.

Lower Level- sleeps 8 in 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full on full bunk, 1 queen sleeper) with 1 full bathroom with washer & dryer, full kitchen, living room, mudroom and patio.

Rates for the Lower Level

• $300/night 3 night minimum 
• Winter seasonal rental Nov 1-May 1.  $10,000 includes plowing, heat, water, gas and electric.

$120 cleaning fee
7% Maine Lodging tax included in rates.
Refundable security deposit of $500 due with signing of contract.
Total due 2 weeks before arrival.
No pets and no smoking.
